American Artstone

History

It’s our past that shapes how we currently do business. Ethics and skills have been passed down for over 100 years. American Artstone artisans turn your unique architectural visions into a reality that exceeds expectations.

Reliability

Our word is our bond.

Gone are the days of contracts sealed with a handshake, but it’s long been the American Artstone mantra that we do what we say we will do—that you can rely on.

We listen to what you need, and deliver on our promises. If we tell you product will be delivered at a specific time, that’s when it will arrive.

We plan every facet

Years of experience has prepared us for nearly every possibility. We come prepared for any challenges.

Partners you can trust

Our shipping partner is located across the street from us, assuring your product is shipped safely and on time.

Precision by design

It takes a keen eye and attention to detail to expertly produce complex and straightforward projects.

The Forms That Function

It starts with our master carpenters who build precise forms to ensure your project is produced to exacting standards—yours.

Experience allows us to anticipate

We didn’t become the preeminent manufacturer of architectural products by accident. It took a lot of hard work and a roll-up-your-sleeves commitment.

Our team of skilled craftspeople is nationally recognized for the precise, highly-refined products they produce. We strive to continually produce superior quality products you can be proud to install on your project.

Our history

A tradition of high-caliber product and service.

We have to understand where we’ve been to know where we’re going, and our history is important to us.

American Artstone was originally founded as the Fairfax Cement Works in 1914 by German immigrant George Saffert.

A history of innovation

German artisans brought their old-world craftsmanship to a new land, and started a company that continues to thrive to this day.

Humble beginnings

The desire to produce remarkable, custom-made architectural solutions started day one; and it continues to this day.
